Restoring Transactions (if you paid for A-list, but don't see features)

Sometimes when purchasing via the app, iTunes or Google Play won't send over that upgrade info to us right away, so we don't know to add those features to your account. 

For iTunes/ Apple users:

1. Open up the OkCupid app
2. Tap on your profile
3. Tap on Account Settings
4. Tap on "Purchases" or "subscriptions"
5. Choose the transaction you'd like to restore
6. Tap to restore  

For Google Play, PayPal, or credit card:

Please contact us with your transaction ID that can be found on your receipt, so that we can manually add that time to your account.
