For iTunes/ Apple users: 1. Open up the OkCupid app 2. Tap on your profile 3. Tap on Account Settings 4. Tap on "Purchases" or "subscriptions" 5. Choose the transaction you'd like to restore 6. Tap to restore For Google Play, PayPal, or credit card: Please contact us with your transaction ID that can be found on your receipt, so that we can manually add that time to your account.
