How to connect or disconnect your Instagram account

On the iPhone or Android app:

From the app settings page, tap on Connections, and connect/ disconnect there. Then go to your profile, go to Manage Photos, and remove the feed.

On the desktop website:
Go to Settings, then to "Notifications and Apps" and you'll see which connections you currently have.

Note: We do not share any information with Instagram; we only pull information from them.

Instagram also has sharing settings on their sites where you can revoke OkCupid's connection access. If you have disconnected there, but still see OkCupid listed in their settings page, double check your OkCupid settings page to make sure that your accounts are disconnected. At that point, if you’re still seeing this information on Instagram's end, please reach out to Instagram support for further information.
