Yes, multi-month Basic, Premium, and Incognito packages are paid for upfront in a single lump sum, which is why they are heavily discounted.

If you'd prefer to pay monthly, you can sign up for a monthly membership. It isn't possible to receive the discounted multi-month rate with monthly memberships.
