This article from Apple may help, or you may want to reach out to Apple support for more info.Oops, Something Went Wrong This is a generic error message from OkCupid. Often it indicates just a temporary glitch when actually everything worked just fine. If you made a purchase and see it in your iTunes purchase history, but got this error and don't see your purchase on the app, try restoring your transactions. If it still doesn't work, it could be that you have a different OkCupid account connected to your Apple ID, in whch case their billing system added your membership to that original account. In order to transfer your purchase, you will have to delete the original account (or delete your new one, and use the old account instead!). We can help you do this, or you can follow instructions on these help pages: Help with signing in Help with resetting password/ getting a new password If you still need help, you can email a friendly human.
